We offer free consultations on our services and always inform you of the cost prior to beginning a treatment program. It is our goal to provide you with the care you need and desire, without letting the expense prevent it.

Insurance assistance

We will file for you for every insurance plan, and will work with you and your insurance company to get the maximum insurance benefit available to you.

Should you have any changes in insurance, please inform us before your appointment.

New patients

Please call our office prior to your first visit to give us your insurance information. This will enable us to bill your insurance provider directly to get the maximum insurance benefit, and to make any remaining balance easily affordable.
